Early 20th century. The Russian Government becomes aware of the tremendous coal reserves available in Siberia. Kuzbass has a chance of becoming a dominant source of energy supply for the country. At the same time, Russia has to be fighting wars and revolutions. Few years later hundreds of people in pursuit of the New World flow in Kemerovo from USA and Europe, with a hope to build a new brotherhood of men. Fifteen years later an ordinary Siberian village will turn into an industrial center of the Western Siberia. See fragments from film in "Video"
